Do your pieces come framed?

No, all prints and original paintings come unframed. However, if you need advice with framing and sizes please feel free to contact amyelisestudio@gmail.com for help!

What size frame should I buy for my art?

You will need to order the corresponding frame size to your artwork. For example, if you have purchased an A4 print then you will need to buy an A4 frame.
Note - If you’re looking to have a larger amount of negative space around your art, you should buy an A3 frame with an A4 sizing mount.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

How are your pieces sent?

All prints sized A3 and below are sent flat, in card-backed protective packaging, with a Do Not Bend instruction. All prints A2 and above are sent rolled in tube packaging. If you place an order containing both larger and smaller prints, you will receive all prints in rolled tube packaging.

All original artwork will be sent flat, in protective packaging. For any large scale commissions, specific shipping requirements can be discussed upon order.

Can I purchase a gift card using a discount code?

No, you can’t use a discount code towards the purchase of a gift card. You may use a discount code on an order that is being paid for through gift card redemption.

Do you ship internationally?
